These hat talismans were made by encasing real Oak leaves in recycled copper. Its a process we do in the studio called electroforming. I designed them to sit under your hat band to add style and character as they patina over time.

Electroforming is a process where we take copper from a sacrificial anode and deposit it onto our organic material using an electrical current. There really is a leaf in there, under a heavy layer of copper.
