These simple necklaces were made from recycled metals. You can choose from recycled copper or brass. They features an isosceles triangle, and measures approximately 16 inches long.
The process from scrap to jewelry is a fun and labor intensive one. To prepare the copper pipe, we crush it in a ten ton press, and that leaves us with two pieces of usable sheet metal. The drum cymbals get cleaned and polished. From there we measure, draw, cut, punch, drill, file and polish our shapes and add a maker’s mark if necessary. Next, we put our shapes in the tumbler to further polish and work harden. After that, we add our hand made infinity style clasp and jump rings and attach a small copper orbital chain.
