Imagine our Hammered Electrical Wire Bangles had a love child with our popular Oak Leaves and you would get these cuffs.
The bracelet itself was made from a piece of a large braided electrical wire.
In their former life they helped to carry electricity from one spot to another, bringing light and warmth to someones life. We hand cut, formed, hammered and soldered them into bangles, then added one of our beautiful Valley Oak leaves and electroplated the whole thing.
Electroforming is a process where we take copper from a sacrificial anode and deposit it onto our organic material using an electrical current. These bangles really have leaves in them.
I have multiple available for each size and all bangles look similar but are not exactly the same. If you are particular about the exact leaf you get, please send me an email and I can get you pictures of who I have in stock and you can pick.
There are two sizes available, medium and large (all measurements are approximate).
Medium has a circumference of 2 1/2 inches.
Large has a circumference of 2 5/8 inches.

Due to the recycled nature of this copper, it may be slightly distressed looking. There may be scratches, textures or small marks in the metal. These imperfections are not to be seen as defects, but unique qualities of using recycled or reclaimed metals. We try our best to keep these imperfections to a minimum.
